Slip into the water and swim along this impressive and beautiful creature while being taking care and helped by your very own friendly and english speaking local guide, and our experienced captain. Discover sweet, docile and harmless 20-40ft. long whale sharks (around 20,000 pounds (970 kilos).

On peak season, we may find up to 40 at a time peacefully eating on the surface!

This tour includes free hotel pick up and drop-off, professional-grade snorkeling gear, drinks, food and the most important thing a personal, warm service from our well trained and experienced English speaking crew! All details below.

Private whale shark tour Cancun itinerary

Depart your hotel on our private van specially assigned for you at the previously arranged time (set by you).

Take part of a short but useful safety briefing where you’ll learn about whale shark’s biology, environment, behavior and all the tour details

Before boarding the boat we’ll provide you full professional grade set of snorkeling gear (mask, snorkel, fins, neoprene vest and life jacket), and learn how to wear it properly with help from the staff.

Head straight to the whale sharks location (about 1 hour boat trip) led by our experienced captain. As you make your way up you will have a drinks and snacks available during the whole journey so you can make yourself like at home.

Once we reach the whale shark area, you will slip into the water 2 people at a time, helped and watched by your own guide. If you have any particular request, let your guide know, he’ll gladly help, remember everything can be tailored to your preference (As long as it does not compromise your safety).

Once we have finished swimming with the whale shark, we’ll continue our journey to Playa Norte, a world-famous beach located in Isla Mujeres.

Time to head back to the starting point.After about 7 hours of fun and memorable moments, finish your tour with a convenient drop-off at your hotel.
