The activity has a duration of 2.5 hours approximately. Consider 1 additional hour for transportation.
I can not swim, can I take this activity?
Of course, our tour is friendly for people who do not know how to swim or have little or no experience! You can enjoy the tour as we offer life jackets, our trained guides will give you personalized attention and help in every moment. The guides will have a lifeguard where you can support yourself. Finally, we have masks that cover the face completely, so you will not have to breathe through the tube.
Which of the 3 schedules is the best to carry out the activity?
The 3 schedules are perfect to carry out the activity, allow good visibility within the water and marine life, the behavior of water (current) does not vary either.
Which of the 3 schedules is the water less cold?
The water in Cancun stays at 25 degrees Celsius throughout the year, at any time of the day will have a pleasant feeling. If required, Total Snorkel Cancun provides thermal vests.
If I do not want to do the activity and I just want to go as a companion on the boat, can I do it?
Yes, you may bring companion(s), but prior reservation is required and has a cost. The companion can be in the boat at all times with the other crew, and the crystal clear water will allow you to observe everything that happens during the tour
Can I do the activity with bad weather?
Activity is subject to weather conditions. It will be canceled for your security when the maritime port is declared closed by Port Captaincy. Total Snorkel Cancun will let you know if your activity has been canceled and will give you the option to reschedule or get your full refund.
How can I get a refund in case of bad weather?
All reimbursements should be requested via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Once Total Snorkel Cancun has made your refund / cancellation, we will send you an email with evidence of this. You will receive your money from 15-20 days depending on your bank.
Can I bring my camera?
Yes. We have no restrictions on cameras or any device for capturing photos or video, however we can not be held responsible if they are damaged or lost at sea. If you want to have the best memories of your Snorkel tour in Cancun, we recommend you to get our package of photos and video. You will be able to see the incredible images we have taken for you before you decide to buy it.
Do I have insurance?
Yes. In the event of an unforeseen event, Total Snorkel Cancun supports you with a $1 million liability insurance.
Do you have lockers where I can save my belongings?
Yes, at our marina we will provide lockers with key so you can save your belongings safely, so the only thing you will have to worry about is to enjoy the tour.
