Total Snorkel Cancun

Had a wonderful experience with ever patient Pili as instructor and Juan as captain. The views were all excellent, but that may be true of every tour offered. However, at all times the staff were attentive to our group, placing responsibility for us above all else, and I think this is the most important quality in a touring company in which the Total Snorkel crowd excelled. As a plus, they had appropriately refracted goggles for my nearsighted eyes (I'm a -2 and -1.5, although they had even more corrected prescriptions than that), so I was actually able to see quite well underwater which is a new experience for me. Bottom line, couldn't recommend them more.

Total Snorkel Cancun are a very professional and well coordinated tour company. Even though i was the only one for the 5PM tour, my transportation was well coordinated and the instructor explained everything properly and took care of the trip very well. After the trip due to technical issues when i did not receive my videos and pictures, the tour operator kindly coordinated and sorted out the issues real quick. Overall totally worth the money and i had an amazing experience on this tour.

My spouse and I had an AMAZING time snorkeling with our tour guide Moises, captain and photographer! It was a small group of only six, which meant we had a really personalized experience. We saw SO many fish, huge sea turtles, a shipwreck and more. I’ve snorkeled before, and this tour really knocked it out of the park. My husband gets a little nervous in the water, but the guide eased his concerns right away and he had an amazing time. We will definitely book again.
