Total Snorkel Cancun

I had the most incredible snorkeling experience with this tour! Minimal wait times, a small group of just 3 of us (including my 8-year-old daughter), and the fantastic team of Dasy and Carlos as guides, along with the talented photographer and captain, Edwardo, made it unforgettable. (I hope I remembered the names right). We explored 5 diverse sites, with an abundance of marine life to admire. The guides were always by our side, pointing out turtles, vibrant corals, and more. I can't recommend this tour enough for an amazing underwater adventure!

We had a fantastic snorkel tour - van pick-up, great equipment (they will even provide prescription goggles if you wear glasses to see clearly underwater), orientation to snorkeling, facilities (lockers and clean showers), and the best crew in the business. Our guide Deisy and the boat captain Eduardo are excellent. so was the photographer (who took great pictures and videos, would definitely recommend it). We loved all the spots (including swimming with the sea turtles) but a personal favorite was the shipwreck. They took excellent care of the younger kids and helped them enjoy their first snorkeling experience.

Had a wonderful experience with ever patient Pili as instructor and Juan as captain. The views were all excellent, but that may be true of every tour offered. However, at all times the staff were attentive to our group, placing responsibility for us above all else, and I think this is the most important quality in a touring company in which the Total Snorkel crowd excelled. As a plus, they had appropriately refracted goggles for my nearsighted eyes (I'm a -2 and -1.5, although they had even more corrected prescriptions than that), so I was actually able to see quite well underwater which is a new experience for me. Bottom line, couldn't recommend them more.
