1st. Area: Enjoyed at “El Meco” coral reef
Enjoyed at “El Meco” coral reef, one of the best-conserved spots in the Great Mayan Reef, full of fish and marine life with an 8-12 feet depth, warm water and few or non-sea currents. Plenty of coral and fish schools. You may enjoy the first turtle encounter in this area! -
2nd. Area: 2 submarine art galleries
Our 3rd stop os at "MUSA Underwater Museum" where we'll enjoy 2 submarine art galleries: "The blessings" and "Aquarium Family", art and environment interaction in the depths of the Caribbean Sea. -
3rd. Area: Swim with sea turtles

- Schedules (Everyday a las 7:00, 9:00, 12:00, 2:30 pm & 5:00 pm)
- Age Requirements: Snorkel (6 years +. No experience needed), Parasail (10+. No experience needed).
- Tour Duration: Snorkel (2 hours in the water + 1.5 theoretical lesson and transportation), Parasail (10-12 minutes of flight). Approximately 4 hours total.
- Sales term: 12 hours before the selected time. Tickets subject to availability.

I can not swim, can i take this activity?
Of course, our tour is friendly for people who do not know how to swim or have little or no experience! You can enjoy the tour as we offer life jackets, our trained guides will give you personalized attention and help in every moment. The guides will have a lifeguard where you can support yourself. Finally, we have masks that cover the face completely, so you will not have to breathe through the tube. -
Which of the 3 schedules is the best to carry out the activity?
The 3 schedules are perfect to carry out the activity, allow good visibility within the water and marine life, the behavior of water (current) does not vary either. -
Which of the 3 schedules is the water less cold?
The water in Cancun stays at 25 degrees Celsius throughout the year, at any time of the day will have a pleasant feeling. If required, Total Snorkel Cancun provides thermal vests. -
If I do not want to do the activity and I just want to go as a companion on the boat, can I do it?
Yes, you may bring companion(s), but prior reservation is required and has a cost. The companion can be in the boat at all times with the other crew, and the crystal clear water will allow you to observe everything that happens during the tour

From start to finish, this was a great experience! It was very easy to book online and the company responded very quickly to any questions / requests we had. Hotel pick-up was included and was very simple: the driver arrived on time and was very nice. In the marina the "check-in" was simple, then they gave us equipment. They were great to make sure we had the right size equipment, and they even had prescription masks for those who normally wear glasses! We went diving on another excursion, but this team was MUCH better, completely impressed! The crew was fantastic, super nice and fun and did a great job looking for things we could see! Overall, an amazing snorkel, we saw many different fish and turtles. We did the jet ski portion in second place, it was very simple, since it had a large area to stay inside, apart from that, do what you want! A member of our group lost their glasses in the water and sent the boat and a couple of divers to look for them. . They were never found, but it was SO nice to try! 10/10 highly recommended!
We have been in 4 other snorkeling trips in 2 years in Cancun, and this left them breathless. Its everything you want on a tour: fish, turtles, crystal clear waters and an exceptional guide. On other snorkeling trips, we were one of 20 or 30. Only one if many and treated that way. Here, my family of six and two other people were the only ones on board and were treated with an exceptional day that began with the adjustment and checking of the equipment, instruction and well-coordinated stops. Arturo, our guide, is MAN. He gave clear instructions and personal attention, and seemed to have passion for what he did. . . Unlike most of the tours where it is just a take of money I recommend Total Snorkel Cancun for all skill levels, but especially for those looking for a true snorkeling experience at a very fair price with incredible guides. Highlight of our week in Cancun. Amazing.
When you arrive in Cancun, you cannot walk more than one block without having to do any type of activity. After going to bed on the beach for a few days, we wanted to do something and we ran into Total Snorkel. Let me start by saying that Captian George and Robert were amazing, entertaining and made sure that we could see several species of fish, octopus and swim with turtles + only take 10 to 12 people. Youll see other ships with more than 20 out there and its like a feeding frenzy when they see things. In addition to all this, when we left, my wife left her Fitbit in the shower only to realize that she was missing halfway back to the hotel. The driver called, confirmed that he was there and was delivered the next day. Only honest and good people!
